Was looking at reviews from a wired nhs recommended product and someone had actually recommended the Rodger wireless, didnt realise wireless was even an option, that got me googling, took the plunge and best thing ever, my 9 year old daughter had never had a dry night except for about 3 nights in her life, we had tried everything that is recommended, all the tips, doctors, medicine, even wired alarm which we quit as the noise and wires and trying to turn it off was scary in the middle of the night.. Anyway, first night she picked her alarm sound she wanted and we put it next to her bed, she actually loved the purple pants and was happy they were comfortable, in the morning she was dry, WOW, 2nd, 3rd night dry.. 4th night alarm woke her up little dribble twice that night but she woke up and we got her to the toilet and used the spare pants.. few more nights dry then maybe 10th night alarm went off before she was even asleep, blamed it on a trump but there was a little dribble so that was another issue she was also weeing before even going to sleep.. anyway the aim was a full week which she did, probably a month later now and no more pants or alarm anymore.. honestly didnt believe the reviews at first people saying dry straight away but worth every penny and now saving on expensive pullups and shes so proud and happy, thanks to these.. honestly amazed at how they worked ..

Hi we purchased a Rodger bed wetting alarm after trying everything possible to get our child dry at night. She is 8 years old and has really tried hard to be dry. We didnt hold much hope, but we was absolutely amazed she was dry within a week!!! She is so pleased to be dry. One happy little girl. This is an absolute god-send! 11yr old who just couldn’t get dry at night. We’ve tried other alarm systems and wish we had known about this one to start with! The alarm actually wakes her up! Amazing product and works brilliantly. It’s taken us approx 4 weeks but she’s dry every night now and I think it only took so long as she was poorly at one point for about a week.

This is the answer to your bed wetting problem
This product is genius. No wires just a simple pair of very ordinary looking pants, I cant stress this enough, because if they had been unusual my son would not have worn them. There are two press studs at the waist band where you attach a small one inch square receiver. You plug the alarm into the nearest socket and that it. The alarm goes off as soon as a drop of urine is detected, volume is adjustable, your child resets it by pressing a button, goes to the loo and changes into the spare pair. Obvisouly the alarm will keep sounding unless you change pants.
I only wish I had heard about this sooner, I put off the local bed wetting clinic twice, invested in waterproof matresses, covers etc and even tried those awful pyjama pants but this is the only thing that has worked.
Day 1 - novelty - alarm didnt go off at all and had the first dry night
Day 2 - set back - forgot to switch power on
Day 3 - alarm went off, went to loo, dry bed, changed pants
Day 4 - ditto
Day 5 - ditto
Day 6 - ditto
Please dont let the cost put you off, after experiencing dry nights now I think I severly under estimated the stress bed wetting caused for me and my son. The daily extra washing, the smell I just wished I had known about this sooner.

Having had this product for a while now I cannot stress how much this product works, Going from a wet bed every night for the last 6 months to complete dry nights, We are in the middle of the programme and have the odd hick up but on large the results are amazing I must stress it will not work over night and we went 5 days before we had a dry night so at first you dont think its working but as time went on you will see the change, If the price puts you off Dont let it its worth every penny.

This is a great product. My six year old never had a dry night until he tried this. I bought the parent alarm and the vibrating cushion to make doubly sure he would wake when weeing. The 1st week he had one dry night, the second week the last 2 nights dry and we are now on 13 consecutive dry nights. The alarm has trained my son to wake up at just the right time to use the toilet. He was initially quite annoyed at being woken up (and frightened too as it can be set very loud), but now wakes before the alarm goes off and uses the toilet. This is well worth the money. Sorry i did'nt get one sooner. I don't normally write reviews but I am so pleased with the Rodger alarm I want every parent of a bedwetter to know!

Rodger Wireless Bedwetting Enuresis Alarm
I am just about to buy this product again, as we sold our last one on ebay and really wished we hadn't as our daughter has had a lapse after a year.
Obviously every child is different. With our daughter she still never wakes up in the night, but after 2 weeks of the alarm going of she somehow learnt to sleep through the night without wetting the bed rather than waking up, which I assume is the normal course of events, but our daughter is a very deep sleeper.
So once again I wouldn't dream of buying any other product than the Rodger alarm. Oh and my tip buy 3 pairs of pants in total and make sure you do not use comfort as instructed as it really does affect the effectiveness of the sensor.

I normally never write reviews - far too busy to bother - but I felt I had to for this product. After years of the hassle and emotional stress of bed-wetting, and failed attempts involving incentives, limiting drinks, using hypnotherapy etc etc we decided to try an alarm for our 7 yr old girl. The NHS enuresis clinic supplied us free with an Astric alarm, but it failed the first night (started buzzing as soon as it was plugged in and wouldn't go off again) which put everyone off, and our daughter couldn't face the change and - as she saw it - humiliation of sleeping with nothing on her bottom half on a drawsheet. Having looked at all the options here on Amazon we decided to go for the Rodger alarm instead because it seemed most 'normal' - AND IT IS. No cold plastic sheets, no hard senors between your legs, no wires or contraptions... just a pair of soft comfy white pants with tiny wire sensors hidden in them, a small sensor unit at the waist (only about 3cm round) and a wireless alarm unit with a choice of tones. Our daughter found the pants comfy and enjoyed choosing an alarm tone each night, settling on the friendliest-sounding one. The first few nights she slept through the alarm and we had to wake he. But then she started waking at only a few drops, then alternated dry nights with getting up with the alarm after wetting only a few drops... and then after 3 weeks was dry all night, every night. I only wish we had found out about it LONG before. Do not hesitate, this is a FAB product.

My daughter is 5 and half. I bought the Rodger Wireless Alarm because she was starting to become miserable with her bedwetting, as was I. Until 3 and a bit weeks ago she'd had about three dry nights in her life. Then she started using this product. After five wet nights, and a little disappointment, we are now on our 18th dry night in a row! Unbelieveable progress! I feel like she has cracked this. The alarm re-trains them, but I do not understand how. It is a joy to see her face in the morning and have her tell us about another dry night. This definitely works.

The Rodger Wireless Bed wetting alarm is fantastic!!
I purchased this in March as my 4 year old (nearly 5) daughter had never had a dry night. She was still wearing pull ups every night. I put it down to her being such a heavy sleeper, she has always slept so well from 7pm until 8am and never waking in the night - she could sleep through a bomb going off so I could not see her being dry anytime soon.
I had tried everything from limiting fluids to waking her up to take her to the toilet when I went to bed but she was still always wet in the morning.
I researched this alarm and others for a few months before deciding to go with this one. In the end I decided I did not like the idea of her having wires etc attached to her as I was afraid of her becoming tangled and not realising in her deep sleeps!!
The alarm comes with 2 pairs of pants so I ordered one extra pair as was unsure how many times through the night I would need to change her. When the alarm arrived my daughter was excited to use it rather than nervous as I had imagined her to be.
Anyway, our bedroom is next door to my daughters so I put the pants on her with the sensor clicked in and plugged the alarm in in her room and just left both out bedroom doors open so I would hear it. The first few times it went off I had to go in and wake her up as she was still fast asleep. This was only the first few nights though. The amount of times the alarm went off in the night varied from 1 - 3. The times weren't really the same or anything so there wasn't really a patturn. After about a week I would hear the alarm and get up and I'd be met by my daughter in the hallway after she had already reset the alarm and made her way to the bathroom.
The sensors are really sensitive and go off as soon as liquid hits them. for the first few nights my daughter had urinated quite a bit before the alarm had made her stop. This quickly changed to a tiny bit so as soon as the alarm went off she stopped urinating straight away - it did not take long for her brain to be trained! This also means that the bedding doesn't need changing every morning as I'd thought it would. The pants are really absorbant so even at the beginning when she was quite wet it never went through to the bedding.
Anyway, after using the alarm for about 4 weeks, my daughter had her first dry night last thursday!!!! I woke up and thought I hadn't switched the alarm on so went in to check if she was wet and no she was dry!!!! That was a week ago now and since then she also had dry nights on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday again so she has had 5 nights dry out of 8. So she's definitely well on the way to being dry and I would say its all down to the alarm!

We have been using this alarm for 5 weeks now. The system is really easy to use with no wires and my son chose an alarm that he thought might wake him up....and it did even though he is a very heavy sleeper. He is able to attach the remote sensor to the pants himself and so he is able to be in complete control of the system. Initially the alarm went off a couple of times a night as my son (age 7) would wet himself. I considered buying a third pair of pants but I never got around to it. Within a fortnight my son was only setting the alarm off at about 6am just before he woke up. He then started to have a completely dry night interspersed with a couple of wet ones. He has now had over a week of dry nights. We moved him back downstairs to his bedroom last night and he was still dry. This has been a huge step forward as he was getting bothered that his little sister (age 3) was dry at night and he wan't. He wanted to take control but hadn't been able to. (We had done the 'talk', the changing bedsheets himself etc etc) He is really pleased as am I as I now don't have to change his bedsheets every day. I know it was an expensive purchase but it has been worth every penny to us. I also appreciate there may be the odd wet night still, but the improvement is enormous.

I never ever write reviews!!! but I thought I have to for this one! Our son is 4.5 and we had given up hope on him. He simply wet himself whatever we did. taking him to the toilet before bed, not giving him liquids in the evening... you name it! we had tried everything. Until I heard about bedwetting alarms! Had no idea that such thing existed. So, went online and decided to get the expensive one that was wireless with the pants and I don't regret it at all. The good thing about the pants is that they look like normal pants, so we had no fuss putting them on. So, the story began! We had a week full of accidents! His sleep was so sound that with the alarm on maximum, he was asleep! So, I had to run from our bedroom, wake him up and ... then I decided to get the vibrator as well and put it in his pillow. This had no effect either, but ..... the second week however, we had once or twice a night (not 3) accidents and the third week, only once a night. and he would would keep most of it in and go to the toilet. and out of the blue, he stopped wetting 2 weeks ago, which was 3 weeks after we started! It's been 2 weeks already! and he's not been wet in the morning. yeyyyyy, I am absolutely thrilled! Recommend it to anyone and don't go for cheap options! This is 200% worth the money! and off course, if you want, you can sell it in ebay or ...

I'm always sceptical of some of these reviews, but we bought this for our 7yr old son who has never had a dry night. Within just a few nights we have already seen a massive change! I am stunned. It's early days but the change so far is amazing. I honestly cannot believe how quickly we have seen a difference. If I had known how good this was I would have bought it a year ago. Yes, it's expensive, but (so far) it is so worth the money.
The first 2 nights - wet the bed three times
3rd night - wet the bed twice
4th night - dry all night!
5th night - wet twice
6th, 7th & 8th nights - wet once
9th, 10th & 11th nights - dry all night
This in a 7yr old who has never had a dry night in his life. The most important thing is that he is so proud of himself. As I said - it is early days but the initial signs are good. I so hope the improvements continue. If not - I'll post an update!

We bought this alarm for my daughter who, approaching seven, had a wet nappy virtually every night. On the first night the alarm failed to wake her on two occassions. Second & third nights she woke with the alarm. Since then she has either got up or gone through the night, and stopped wearing the pants after about 10 days. The results were amazing. Not every child will react so quickly (the instructions say it may take up to 5 months), but I would highly recommend giving it a try.

We bought this for our 9-year-old son and it works really well.
Plus points:
1 Pants come in different sizes.
2 Transmitter unit small and clips to the pant elastic
3 Receiver (Alarm) can work off batteries or mains and has good range(You can put it in your bedroom)
4 Detector in the pants sensitive and can't be 'missed'.
Negative points;
1 You have to remember or train your child to disconnect the transmitter from the pants after it gets wet otherwise it flattens the battery (It continually transmits "I'm wet" despite the alarm being reset on the receiver).
2 The poppers that the transmitter clips to the pants with are initially very stiff.
On the whole its 100 times better than the wired ones you get from the NHS which the child can lie on and smother the speaker. (The detector can also miss the wet patch should the child wriggle)
Sure the Rodger is expensive but they sell easily 2nd hand. Would recommend!

I only bought this product 3 weeks ago but it has been absolutely fantastic!! My daughter is nearly 7 and had never had a dry night!! I was slightly reluctant to spend £112 but thought I would give it a try as a last resort. It is quite a lot of money for what it is!
I decided to give this a go at the beginning of the Easter holidays. At first we had a couple of wet nights as the alarm did not wake her. However now the alarm does wake her and she gets up to visit the bathroom on her own! The last few nights have been even better and the alarm has not gone off, she has remained dry!!
Amazing I wish I had bought it months ago! I'm sure it will save me more money in the long run as i've probably spent more on pull ups and laundry!

Simply brilliant. Bought three months ago for our 9-year-old son who had been using pull ups. The Rodgers seemed the best product on the market, so despite being a little sceptical of the claimed results and fearful of many interrupted nights sleep, we decided to try. In the first two weeks the alarm went off three times, and after a couple more weeks of being dry we stopped using the Rodgers altogether and haven't had a wet night since. I don't know if he would have been able to switch a long time ago, but it has worked for us better than we thought possible. Our original pack had one of the boxers not working, but after an email that got picked up very promptly over a weekend (thanks Rosie) we sent the faulty one back and soon received a replacement so it's great to have confidence in the customer service at bedwetting alarm as well as the product. I can't say it will work for everyone but it has been an amazing success for us. Thanks.

Absolutely brilliant!
Bought for my 5 year old daughter who had never had a dry night and we had tried everything else with no success. We saw results within a week with the wireless system which we were amazed with!! First night woke 3 times by the alarm, next five nights she only woke once and has been dry all night ever since and that was 4 weeks ago.

No idea what I was doing really I followed her advice.
Our son used night time nappies and 99% of the time would be wet
In the morning . We tried no liquid after 5pm, waking up at 11pm to try
But nothing seemed to work. He was 6 when we tried the pants .. He was
A little reluctant at first but he sticker chart definitely seemed to help..
Week 1 wet 5 nights week 2 the same week 3 wet 2 nights week 4 1 night
Week 5 1 night ... We then ditched the pants andwe are now week 12 and
we have had 1 wet night but Amazingly dry dry dry for the rest .
Great product and would highly recommend giving it a go !!!!

My son developed epilepsy when he was 9 and was given medication to control this, unfortunately the medication sent him into such a deep sleep at night he began bed wetting. This went on for months and we tried every trick in the book to help him get dry again, non of them worked until I found the Rodger alarm on the internet. It seemed a lot of money to spend but since I was so exhausted from changing beds every night I decided to give it a try. It was fantastic, within in a few short weeks we had things under control again. My son is now 12 and occasionally he still goes through periods when he doesn't feel the urge to wake but a few nights wearing the alarm again and the problem goes away. I would thoroughly recommend this product to anyone struggling to help their child get dry at night. It is well worth the money and probably is very cost effective when you take into account how much washing it cuts down on. Not only this but it does wonders for the child's confidence, my son can now go to sleepovers with his friends and on camping trips with the scouts without feeling he may wet himself and become the laughing stock. It has changed all our lives for the better.

After much deliberation we bought the Rodger wireless alarm for our 6 year old son and it was the best decision we made. We starting using it mid aug 2013, I have to admit at first myself and my husband were the only ones hearing the alarm go off in the night and at different times ( so that confirmed our son is a heavy sleeper and no pattern to his wetting)so we would wake him up get him to turn off the alarm change his pants while I sorted his bedding and start over, this went on for about a week , then our son would wake to the alarm turn it off before we got into him and then go to the loo ( breakthrough!) this went on for about two weeks and then stopped, no alarm no wet bed but a child running to the bathroom in the morning bursting for the toilet.... He is so happy with himself as we are for him. it took a month to crack. So simple to use. If you are considering buying one I would definitely recommend you do it's money well spent.

I bought the Rodger wireless bedwetting alarm system two weeks ago for my 7-year-old son. Up to that point he had never had a dry night, despite being woken up to go to the loo every night.
He really likes using it, as he says it is "helping him get dry". The first couple of nights I had to remind him to go to the toilet after the alarm went off and also to change into clean pants and re-clip the alarm.
So, two weeks in and he has just had 4 dry nights in a row and quite rightly very proud of himself. I am not expecting 100% results every night, but I am so pleased we made this purchase. I don't normally post feedback, but just felt I had to, in case anyone is reading this now, as I was two weeks ago, feeling so sorry for your child and wishing you could do something to help them.

I am writing this review to say that the rodger alarm works and was worth every penny. It took my 6 year old son about a month before he was dry at night and another 4 months before he would sleep through. The first 2 weeks were the hardest 2 pairs of wet pants each night but he is so proud he is dry and can have friends sleepover now.

A brilliant product. My 8 year old son is now dry at night . He only needed to use the alarm for about three weeks before mastering the art of waking up himself to use the toilet. He is very proud of himself and we are too. I wouldn't normally take time to review a product but I want to reassure any parents reluctant to spend the money on this product ( as I was) , that it is money well spent. It really works :-) !!

The Rodger wireless bedwetting alarm system has been amazing. My son is 7 1/2 and we have tried everything from lifting him multiple times in the night, stopping evening drinks and medication. We tried the alarm just before Xmas and I slept in his room for the first week to ensure that he was not scared by the alarm and that it prompted him to go to the toilet. He found the sticker chart very rewarding. During the second week he woke up once without the alarm to go to the toilet, wet the bed once and the rest of the week he slept through the night dry. From week 3 he has been totally dry without a single accident - truly amazing. I would receommend it to anyone. It is absolutely worth the cost.

The Rodger alarm product is amazing, if your child needs a bit of help to get dry at night then do not hesitate to buy it. I have trained my seven year old with it, have moved on to my six year old and will use it for my five year old next. I only wish I had used it a lot earlier.
It may sound expensive but in comparison to what you spend on pyjama pants, washing bed clothes etc it is cheap. It is comfortable for the child to use and in my experience it works really quickly. I do not usually bother to do reviews but in this case I decided it is important as I was at my wits end and other parents may be feeling the same - this works! There will be some sleep disturbance initially (not as much as I actually expected though) and then something just works and they are dry the next morning hooray!!!

Amazing. I was very sceptical but our 8 year old was wetting the bed 5 out of 7 nights of the week - we had nothing to loose. I also never write reviews but just had to share this.
It worked like a dream. Within 2 weeks my daughter was dry. After 2 months we stopped using the alarm and after 6 months she is still dry. She can't always get through the night but now wakes up and goes to the toilet in the middle of the night. I have no idea how it works but it does.
I have just today purchased new pants for rny 5 year old. I only wish I had discovered this earlier.

I just had to say how impressed I am with the Rodger wireless alarm system. My 7 yr old son had never had a dry night and we were devastated. He is a sensitive child and was becoming more aware of his situation. I had not pushed him or tried too many suggestions as I had suffered the same as a child. I purchased the alarm that came quickly. I purchased 3 pairs of pants and that was the right thing to do so I had enough pants in case of accidents. My son initially went from =1 to 2 accidents a night for about 2 weeks and I thought all was lost! After about 3 weeks he began to respond much better to his alarm. He was happy as he had picked the alarm sound and it never caused him any distress and did not wake his younger brother. Then after about 4 to 5 weeks he was getting up regularly to use the bathroom. After about 3 months in total he is totally dry every night and always gets up to use the bathroom whenever he needs it. He no longer uses the alarm and we have kept it for his brother!! It really is as good as it says in the advert. I am always skeptical but this really does work and has programmed my son's brain to know when he needs the toilet. Thank you so much, this is a wonderful alarm. My son is happy and confident and dry!!!

This truly is a wonderful product. We tried all sorts with our 7 year daughter who wet the bed every single night, copiously. To begin with we had to wake her but within a week she was waking up herself and within 6 weeks wasn't even waking to go to the loo. She now sleeps all night, every night, completely dry. I think the key is how sensitive the alarm is - going off at the merest hint of dampness. And the fact that the pants are very comfy. Though I do agree it would be nice to have a 'girls' (pink) option that doesn't have the name Rodger all around the waist!

My six year old is a very heavy sleeper, he never had a dry night until I got your alarm. My son is nine and had never had a dry night in his life. Any attempts over the years to stop using pull ups resulted in wet beds every night, sometimes as early as 10.30pm. We had borrowed an alarm from the health visitor but the wires put my son off and he refused to even go to bed with it on.
We saw the Rodger alarm on the internet and thought the wireless system would be less intimidating and gave it a go. He went from wetting several times a night and never waking to being completely dry in seven weeks.
Amazing product which should be recommended by health professionals as it would save a lot of heartache and money.

The school nurse advised me to take my daughter, then in reception year out of pull ups at night, not to toilet her and not restrict her drinks. After a year of washing sheet, duvet nightdress (and sometimes pillow too)every day and no prospect of referal to enuresis clinic until age 7. I decided to buy a Rodger wireless alarm after seeing on internet. 5 weeks later and she has been dry for 3 weeks. We have now put the alarm in the cupboard and are very happy. She would have appreciated the pants in pink though. I would have appreciated a friend or school nurse pointing me in your direction much earlier.

Fantastic. My son(9yrs old)has been on medication for a couple of months and not getting anywhere still wettin every night My friend reccomended RODGER WIRELESS and although he is in his third week he is being woke up by the alarm and the last couple of nights waking up by himself before the alarm goes off.Just been the hospital for our usual appointment they are made up with the pants and I think they have ordered 10 pairs for themselves to give out to children with the same problem THANKS MY SON IS SO MUCH HAPPIER NOW SOON HAVING SLEEP OVERS

I just wanted to write to confirm all of the previous reviews are accurate. My son is 7 1/2 and we have tried on and off for the last 2 years but never a dry night. Sometimes needing toilet 2 or 3 times per night! We started to use "Rodger" when my son broke up for the Summer holidays. First week I think we expected too much of him so was up and down. By the second week he was getting up to alarm. By 3rd week and to date he gets up before the alarm and takes himself off to the toilet which has also been reduced to just once per night. Wonderful!!! Wish we had been told about Rodger sooner. Very happy "big boy" son and extremely happy parents. Thanks again.

Hi I would just like to say that I think your product is fantastic i rently purchased it for my grandson who is 9 yrs old and has never had a dry night.His mother tried everything even an alarm borrowed from the clinic that the doctor reccomended,also various medicines waking him up and reducing drinks.After 1 week he has been dry for about 3 months and is going on a school trip next week which he had previousely said he would not go to.He is so happy now and so is mum.Many thanks

Just thought I would let you know what a fantstic product the rodger wireless alarm is. We purchased the alarm in April and after 3 nights my daughter (who has never had a dry night )was dry and has been ever since. She was nearly 7 when we started the alarm and we now have no worries about school trips away etc. it was the best £100 we have spent.

Highly recommended. I bought rodger alarm pants from you during the summer as we had tried all avenues to get my son of almost 8 dry at night. He had a beavers camping trip due and we had seven weeks to get him dry as he was embarrased to go with other boys seeing he wore pyjama pants.I had just given him his 3rd night of medication (this was not working either) and i was searching for solutions when i came across this product, it came within 2 days and wow!!!! what a success he wore the pants every night, the alarm went off at the slightest amount of urine (i could not physically wake him before) he went to toilet back to bed and most times i had to ask in the morning if he had even got up. My son had never had a dry night before and has not needed rodger pants after 7 weeks of use.I have now passed these on to my nephew

This is a fantastic product. Our son had never had a dry night in 5 1/2 years! We had immediate results with the Rodger Wireless Alarm pants & he was completely dry within 6 weeks- hurrah! THANKYOU

This Rodger Wireless alarm is the best. I think I must have tried everything with my son for bedwetting. From taking medication, using other types of alarms, reducing drinks, lifting in the middle of night, to name just a few ... The rodger alarm immediately gave us results. The alarm would wake up my son at the slightest drop and he would get up and go to the toilet. No wet sheets from the 3rd day onwards! We used the alarm for 12 weeks in total and he is now completely dry. He now gets up to go to the toilet by himself. What a fantastic product. More people should know about this product - its such a common problem.
